If anyone reads this message, how does a 13 inch MacBook feel compared to a 15 inch windows machine? I’ve been using a 15 inch asus gaming laptop for school and at 1080p it’s pretty tiny. I’m wondering how 13 inch at 1440 would let things fit on the screen better, as well as overall viewability if that’s a word? Like is it hard to focus on only 13 inches?

Apple sells the MacBook Air for $899 for active military and veterans : for students and educators as well. Hard to convince yourself to buy one, or two. Throw in a trade-in and it gets even sweeter. I got mine for $609 direct from Apple.

You have to buy like 5 different adapters to connect your MBP so what's the point? The 2015 version was far better because it had all of the proper ports hence the term "Pro". It's amazing how people pony up the money to buy these yet they're the ones always complaining about how expensive everything else is. You can almost always price out a similarly spec'd unit for less money going the Windows or Linux route.

As a person who has fully embraced USB-C regardless of my mac or my xps I have to ask....What in the hell do you need 5 dongles for. I literally use 1 dongle that contains usb-a, card readers, charging bypass, hdmi, gigabit ethernet, and it meets 90% of my demands. The second monitor is just a cheap type-c to DP cable. And having owned a 2014 Retina mac...1 type-c dongle already has more connectivity than the previous pro. To the point where I had a dongle just to get ethernet on the previous pro as well. As for the price of dongles, again, you can amazon a half decent one for like $60. It's so cheap I actually PREFER dongles for laptops just for the "1 cable solution [in my case 2 with the second monitor]" docking.
