one thing.... Minecraft can run on Win98 using kernelex to emulate xp or vista to "nativly" install Java then you can install the old launcher and play minecraft. i tested it in a VM (vmware 15 player) and it worked flawlessly on 1.12.2 with 1gb of ram

Man this takes me back to the hardest and heaviest rush of nostalgia. I didn't have a Hot Wheels pc, but I did have my father's Windows 98 PC that my brother and I played so many games on. Just the old Windows 98 look and feel, the CRT monitor, and the opening and closing of the disc drive, _g o d_ its all so super-duper nostalgic!!! Now most computers either don't have an optical drive or the case doesn't even provide a spot for one! Blasphemy!
